Terms of Delivery
Private clients:
For non-professional clients, parcels are shipped after receiving the payment of the order. They are shipped using the transporter chosen by the client and with a tracking ID (depending on the transporter) and delivered without signature.
Professional clients:
For professionals, delivery time will be given, depending on order taken to the cooperative of women, when the order is confirmed. This period of time is not a strict time limit and NODOVA is not liable if the delivery takes longer than expected. The client will carefully verify the state of the parcel before signing the delivery order of the carrier.
In case of missing products, within 3 days after the reception, the purchaser will make the reserves for his claims to the carrier by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt. Claims with regard to obvious faults or non-conformity of the delivered good must be made to NODOVA, in writing within 8 days following the reception of the parcel(s).
Right of withdrawal for private clients
Period of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-18 and followings of the French Consumer Code, NODOVA respects the legal period of withdrawal of 14 calendar days for private clients. This period starts from the day of delivery of consumer’s order.
Withdrawal notification: Before returning any order, it is advised to the consumer to warn the customer service of NODOVA by email at contact@nodova.com.
Goods return: From the moment the client notified his withdrawal, he gets 14 days to send back, at his cost, the goods to the seller, at the address it shall be given to him. The client’s liability may be invoked in case of depreciation of the goods caused by other manipulations than the necessary ones to establish the nature, the characteristics and the well-functioning of those goods. NODOVA recommend to the customer to make his return via Colissimo, with a recommendation or a supplementary insurance guaranteeing, if needed, the compensation of products at the level of their real market value in case of despoliation or of loss of his parcel.
Refund: The seller refunds all payment received, including delivery costs in the case of a complete order return, with the exception of expenditure in connection with the choice from the client of a type of delivery other than the cheapest one suggested by the seller during the order. The seller proceeds to the refund within the 14 days following the notification of withdrawal using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, except express agreement from the client to use a different payment method, such as a credit note register on the client’s account which will be deduced from the next order(s) from him. The seller may withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods back, or received a proof of the goods’ shipping, whichever of the two is the earliest.
